Book Review: Private India by Ashwin Sanghi and James Patterson

Private India

Ashwin Sanghi, the well-known Indian author and James Patterson who is international thriller author have teamed to write ‘Private India’. James Patterson and Ashwin Sanghi have brought the series of Private novels set in Indian background.

The story is involves a lot of characters who have an air of mystery almost two-dimensional.

Private is one of the world’s leading detective agency run by Jack Morgan. Its India head is Santosh Wagh, who is an ex-police officer. The story starts when a Thai surgeon, who was visiting is murdered in her hotel room. The hotel employees Private to solve the case, police is more than happy to let Private solve the case, provided the credit is given to the police department (everywhere there is a give and take!!).

The first murder is followed by many others. The serial killer uses a yellow scarf to strangle all the victims.

While all this was happening, there is another plot that is coming to shape. Terrorists trying to blow up an international target at Mumbai.

This is a book you will not want to stop reading, a complete page turner. I was forced to keep reading it till the end, just 450 pages away. If possible I would have skipped work to read this!!!

Love the book and a good read for all!!!
