MAC Isabel & Ruben Toledo Blush Ombres Kindergarten Red Review

The minute I heard about the MAC Isabel & Ruben Toledo collection I knew I had to buy something from the collection. The minute I saw the blushes I fell in love all over again..I just had to buy one of it..and so ‘MAC Isabel & Ruben Toledo Blush Ombres Kindergarten Red’ came home with me.

MAC Says:

A powder blush featuring a shade wave of gentle ombré hues. Ultra-fine formula provides flawless, medium-buildable coverage and natural-looking radiance. Specially designed white packaging features Ruben’s illustrations of graphic lines and faces in his one-of-a-kind aesthetic.

MAC Isabel & Ruben Toledo Blush Ombres Kindergarten Red is a gradient blush that goes from medium-deep rosy pink to a light pinky beige. When mixed together it gives a medium pink, very spring summer color.

The blushes feel really light and soft on the skin. I feel it’s a really finely milled powder and is really easy to blend.

The color payoff is really sheer but you can definitely build on the color. The description says that it is a medium coverage but I had to apply it twice for the color to show on my skin.

The packaging is beautiful. It comes in a white rubberized case with black and red geometric designs. The only downside is that there is no mirror, it would have been more convenient if the packing of this size had a mirror. I’m not sure if I can keep this in my handbag because of the size, the fact that it has no mirror and also that it’s white so chances of it getting dirty are really high.

I’m also feel that they could have priced it a little lower. It’s almost Rs.2400 Which I feel is expensive.

I would give it a 2.5/5. Not sure if I like it more over a period of time.
