I’m a big fan of MAC. I have loved most of their collections and I’m someone who needs at least one product from their collection. I know it’s a little weird but that’s what make me really happy.
The last time this collection was out I had picked up Sultana and I just loved the texture and moisture of the product.
The colour and shine of a gloss, the precision of a lip pencil – now in one colour stick. M•A•C Patentpolish Lip Pencil instantly achieves a luscious shine with a single swipe. Effortless twist-up keeps application clean and simple, with no need to sharpen. Enjoy colour in a range of 12 new shades – from bright corals to soft, rosy pinks and natural nudes – that stay bright and true on all skin tones.
The packaging is like any other lip crayon. One end of the crayon has the colour of the product which makes it easier to pick out of the makeup bag.
This time I picked up Hopelessly Devoted. This colour is described as Bright Clean Fuschia. It’s a cool-toned, fuchsia pink with blue undertones. The colour is bright but not over the top.
The finish is glossy but not sticky. It feels really comfortable on the lips. It gives a balm like feeling on the lips. It has the signature MAC vanilla scent to it.
It has semi-opaque pigmentation, and the color applied fairly evenly. It lasted for 2 to 3 hrs. and leaves a nice stain behind.
The only thing is that it’s steep on the pricing. It’s for Rs. 1800 for 2.3gms.
Overall I love this shade and the formula. I would give it a 4.5/5
